Technology has played an important
role for companies to enhance the process of press releases extensively. Based
on the study by Pérez-Escoda et al., (2020,5261), digital press releases
provide a unique avenue for connecting with the demographic through informative
and shareable content. Public relations experts are able to analyse the
reactions of the audiences from social media platforms to make an effective
press release. The utilisation of social
media creates advantages for the companies to gather feedback from the
customers, which enhances the accountability of the digital press release
accurately. According to the survey of 2024, online users spend an average of
three hours and 49 minutes on social media each day (Statista, 2024). The
statistical information is able to provide ideas on the strategies of companies
to make a digital press release to enhance brand image. Spending more time on
social media provides advantages to public relations experts to interpret
public views on certain incidents to make effective content. Thus, it can be
stated that the rise of technology has a prominent role in the introduction of
digital press releases.
Collaboration among the employees is
an effective strategy for the creation of a team in an appropriate manner. In the observance of Syakur et al.,
(2020,1328), collaboration helps to enhance communication among the employees
which impacts the team management process positively. In response to the
information, global companies need to make collaboration among the employees
regarding the creation of a team properly. Similarly, providing incentives and perks are also
significant strategies for distributing and creating a team effectively.
Thus, the inclusion of collaboration and
incentives creates advantages for companies to set up an effective team to
improve business growth in the international market.
In conclusion, the above discussion
provides insight to draw conclusion on the fact that technology is an important
factor for companies to make digital press releases. The utilisation of
technology for promoting the brand through digital press releases is effective
for the growth of global companies. Moreover, the creation of a distribution
team with a collaboration strategy is essential for the companies to
incorporate brand visibility in the cosmopolitan market appropriately. Therefore,
the creation of an effective team can be an appropriate way to enhance business
growth and performance properly.
